Who is Annette Hemerik?

 

Annette made her way from Holland, traveling and working in various parts of Europe and South-East Asia. She made Canada her home since 1991 after she met her husband in Java, Indonesia, and lived and worked in Toronto for almost 20 years. In 2008, she and her husband settled in beautiful Niagara and have fully enjoyed the great life style of the region.

 

She is a self-motivated, reliable, full time real estate professional. She is committed to her clients, whether buying or selling a home, as well as exploring investment opportunities. Annette is a member of ALC, The Academic Leadership Counsel at Keller Williams in Niagara. She has expansive local real estate knowledge, is a creative person with great initiative, and exceptional organizational, leadership and decision-making skills.

 

Annette is a strong advocate of the region and has been privileged in assisting many clients from Toronto and the GTA, helping them finding their dream home in Niagara. She is a licensed realtor that specializes in relocation, senior real estate sales and the luxury market. She has a team of professionals on her side that will make your home the best it can be through the use of professional stagers, cleaners, repair experts, as well as implementing exceptional marketing techniques including state of the art photography, video and social media platforms.

 

Annette is very confident in assisting first-time homebuyers. Her background as a university and college professor and administrator, has provided her with knowledge and experience in dealing with a younger clientele. Her comprehensive understanding regarding the complex issues that might arise in buying a first home, allows her to carefully explain all of the critical information and facts essential to be able to make an informed decision. Annette is always there, every step of the way, to assist her clients with planning, market research, analysis, understanding purchase agreements, negotiations, inspections, and essential closing details.

 

Annette is a compassionate person and is always ready and available to help the less fortunate in the community. As a member of the Rotary Club of St Catherines, she is an active and involved volunteer with such Rotary projects as the Algoma golf tournament, the TV Auction and annual Ribfest events. In addition she assisted with the coordination of the Purse Project, which has proven to be very successful in helping women in need, and the Prom Dress Project, which has been most effective in helping teen aged adolescents in building their self-confidence and a positive attitude of self-worth. At her workplace, she is the KW Culture/Care and Social director with Kelller Wlliams ALC.

 

In her free time Annette spends her time with travel to fulfill her bucket list, enjoys walking her dog Shadow on the beach, biking through the vineyards, golfing with her friends, exploring the Arts and Culture and in general all that the Niagara life style has to offer. Love where you live.
